What color is rose tea

After the rose tea is brewed, the color of the rose itself will gradually fade, and the color of the tea will turn into a very light red. The rose tea is not red, but a little yellow and a little green. This is a good rose. Generally, there is no red color when the rose is dried, because the red pigment particles are the most easily decomposed by heat. Green is normal, and green is good. It will fade and gradually turn white when brewed with boiling water. If it does not turn white, you should be worried.

Tips on making rose tea

Rose flowers are used to scent tea to enhance its aroma.

(1) Treatment of tea leaves and fresh flowers: Before scenting, the tea leaves need to be re-fired to reduce the water content to about 5%. After re-fired, when the temperature of the tea leaves drops to about 40°C, scenting can be carried out. Fresh rose flowers are spread out appropriately, the flower stalks and stamens are removed, and the flowers are screened before scenting with clean petals.

(2) Mixing camellia flowers: When scenting, stack the tea leaves one layer at a time, with 25% camellia flowers added. After 10 hours, mix the camellia flowers once. Scent the tea leaves for another 8 hours, then start the scenting again.

(3) Re-firing: Separate the flower residue from the tea leaves and re-firing the tea leaves. The moisture content of the tea leaves after re-firing is 6.5% to 7.5%.

(4) Jacquard: The function of jacquard is to enhance the freshness of tea aroma. The quality of fresh flowers used for jacquard should be good, and the amount should not be too much, preferably 6%. After jacquard, the flower residue in the tea is picked out, and the scented rose tea is vacuum packed in aluminum foil composite bags and stored at low temperature.

Who can't drink rose tea?

1. People with excessive internal heat should not drink this medicine.

Rose tea has a warming property. Drinking it will aggravate the symptoms of people with excessive internal heat, causing flushing, dry mouth, sore throat and other symptoms. Therefore, it is not suitable for people with excessive internal heat to drink it.

2. People with constipation should not drink it

Rose tea has astringent properties and will slow down intestinal motility, so people with constipation should not drink it as it will increase the severity of constipation symptoms.

3. Pregnant women should not drink

Rose tea has medicinal properties and can promote blood circulation. However, pregnant women need to rest, so rose tea is not suitable for them.

4. People with excessive menstrual flow should not drink it

Rose has a strong effect in promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis. People with heavy menstrual flow should not drink it during menstruation.
