In this case, the first thing to do is to consider whether the ovulation date is calculated incorrectly. If you cannot correctly estimate your ovulation date, you should measure your basal body temperature every day during the pregnancy preparation period and observe the temperature rise trend. When the body temperature reaches the highest point, it proves that ovulation will occur on that day, and you can arrange to have sex.

If the ovulation date is not calculated incorrectly but you are still unable to get pregnant, you need to consider problems with both husband and wife and go to the hospital for a check-up. Women should check the quality of their eggs, whether the fallopian tubes are blocked, the uterine cavity environment, and the thickness of the endometrium. Men need to check the quality of their semen.
