What causes anemia in women?

Anemia is a syndrome that can be encountered frequently. It is a syndrome in which the volume of peripheral blood cells is significantly lower than normal due to various reasons. The number of blood cells in a certain volume of blood circulation system, the amount of hemoglobin concentration and the hematocrit are significantly lower than the normal standard. We often say anemia. Anemia is one of the most common clinical manifestations, but it is not a single disease. It may be the main symptom of a basic or very complex disease. Once anemia is found, the cause must be found out.

There are many causes for this, mainly including anemia caused by decreased blood cell turnover, anemia caused by excessive blood cell destruction, and anemia caused by excessive blood loss. The common causes of anemia in patients include transformation disorders, the most common of which is aplastic anemia. There are also some genetic diseases that cause insufficient blood cell transformation, which is usually the key cause of anemia. Other diseases, such as malignant tumors, also often cause anemia.

The causes of anemia can be divided into five main aspects: First, the lack of hematopoietic raw materials, such as iron, folic acid, vitamin B2 and 12 leading to iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, etc. Second, the bone marrow hematopoietic function is reduced, such as blood diseases, myeloma, aplastic anemia, etc. Third, lack of hematopoietic cell growth factors, such as renal anemia. Fourth, the life span of red blood cells is shortened, and the number of blood cells destroyed is the highest. For example, thalassemia, long knife-type blood cell anemia, and hypersplenism lead to increased blood cell destruction. Fifth, hemorrhagic anemia.

1. Anemia caused by lack of hematopoietic raw materials. For example, lack of iron in hematopoietic raw materials can cause iron deficiency anemia. Deficiency of folic acid and vitamin B12 can cause megaloblastic anemia. For nutritional anemia, the most effective method is to supplement hematopoietic raw materials for treatment. For example, iron treatment, folic acid supplementation, and vitamin B212 treatment will achieve very good therapeutic effects.
