Chronic gastritis can be divided into different types, the three most common ones are hypertrophic gastritis, atrophic gastritis and superficial gastritis.

1. Actively treat chronic gastritis:

Chronic gastritis is divided into non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis according to the severity of the lesions. Non-atrophic gastritis lesions are relatively mild and can be cured with comprehensive treatments such as antibiotics + omeprazole + gastrokinetic drugs + gastric mucosal protectants or bismuth + antibiotics + gastrokinetic drugs. Atrophic gastritis is a more serious condition. 2. Dietary principles:

Food should be diversified, not picky, pay attention to the balance of multiple nutrients, eat a light diet, do not eat moldy, hard, too hot, too cold and other difficult to digest food, do not drink coffee, strong tea, alcohol, carbonated drinks, spicy food, do not eat salted, smoked, fried food, three meals a day, in fixed quantities, eat more fresh food, quit smoking and maintain a good mental state and get enough sleep.

3. Regular review:

Review gastroscopy every six months or a year to observe changes in the condition in order to adjust the treatment plan.

2. Eat soft food and cook it delicately by boiling, braising, stewing, etc.

4. Eat small meals frequently, don’t eat too much food at once, eat slowly and steadily;

5. All kinds of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and carbonated drinks are prohibited.
