How to replenish anemia in early pregnancy

How to replenish anemia in early pregnancy

First, the cause and type of anemia must be determined, and then the most effective treatment plan for anemia can be selected. The patient should go to a regular hospital to check blood routine, blood cells, three anemia items, three iron items, blood smear, bone marrow examination, etc., which can roughly determine the common causes of anemia. If the anemia is caused by lack of hematopoietic raw materials, you can just supplement what is lacking, and then for the causes of this type of anemia, such as picky eating, heavy menstruation, drinking tea, coffee, etc., correct the above bad habits, most of the anemia can be basically corrected.

The recovery time of anemia is related to the characteristics of anemia, which are as follows:

1. For anemia caused by malnutrition, it is necessary to supplement the missing nutrients orally or through other intravenous methods, combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions or herbs that promote absorption. Generally, iron deficiency anemia can be treated in about one and a half months through diet and medication. No matter it is mild, moderate or severe anemia, the patient can return to normal.

2. Megaloblastic anemia generally refers to macrocytic anemia caused by lack of folic acid and vitamin B212. It takes a long time to correct, about two to three months.

3. The treatment of aplastic anemia is a long-term task, which may take two to three years to recover, and it is difficult to recover quickly because of its insufficient reconstruction and repayment.

Therefore, the recovery time of different anemias is also different because the body systems are different.

After the cause of anemia is found and eliminated, the anemia can be corrected quickly. For example, patients with iron deficiency anemia are given iron supplements; patients with megaloblastic anemia are given folic acid tablets and vitamin B12. Generally speaking, blood cell infusion can improve anemia faster. After 2 cells of blood cells obtained by infusion of 400 ml of whole blood, the hemoglobin concentration can generally be increased by 10g/L according to the follow-up blood routine test. However, blood cell infusion generally has strict conditions. Blood cell infusion can only be performed when the hemoglobin concentration is less than 60g/L and there are symptoms such as drowsiness, palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, wheezing and anemia.
