Ovarian endometrioma

Ovarian endometrioma

Uterine and ovarian endometriosis. Endometriosis is divided into pelvic endometriosis and abdominal endometriosis. It is not limited to one type. Today we will focus on the causes of uterine and ovarian endometriosis.

Nowadays, many women of appropriate ages are prone to endometriosis. The symptoms of this disease are relatively prominent, pain often occurs, and it can also cause infertility. Nowadays, due to the influence of the natural environment, the probability of women getting sick is very high.

Causes of endometriosis in the uterus and ovaries.

1. Endometrial implantation: The shed uterine wall still has a certain capacity. Whether it is during menstruation or surgery, the endometrial fragments that fall off are likely to migrate and grow in new locations.

For example, factors such as occlusion, narrow cervix, and retroverted uterus can hinder the flow of menstruation, and menstruation can flow back into the pelvis through the bilateral fallopian tubes. In addition, if the air pressure in the uterine cavity is suddenly reduced during abortion curettage, uterine examination during menstruation can also indicate uterine wall colonization. During cesarean section or uterine removal, if part of the endometrial tissue is accidentally lost into the abdomen, endometriosis may also occur.

2. Immediate spread: Endometriosis in the myometrium may spread immediately from the cervix.

3. Tissue biochemistry: The germinal epithelial cells of the pelvic retroperitoneum or uterus and ovaries and the uterine wall are all formed by the division of renal tubular epithelial cells. In response to inflammation or other irritants, retroperitoneal or utero-ovarian ablative germinal epithelial cells may form the uterine wall. 4. Venous or lymphatic metastasis: The endometrium may move to distant locations outside the uterus through veins or lymphatic vessels and cause endometriosis in the lungs, bladder, stomach, etc.

The causes of uterine and ovarian endometriosis are generally divided into two categories: endometrial implantation and direct spread. In addition, tissue biochemistry is also one of the reasons that is often mentioned.
