For the above three conditions, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a gynecological examination, examination of female secretions, and colposcopy. If the brown leucorrhea is caused by cervical erosion, mild cervical erosion can be treated with vaginal suppositories; for moderate to severe erosion, it is recommended to choose ablation surgery or cervical erosion surgery.

If the brown leucorrhea is caused by uterine fibroids, conservative treatment or surgical treatment should be chosen based on the size of the tumor and clinical manifestations. If the brown leucorrhea is caused by an IUD, it is recommended to remove the IUD, replace it with another one, or use other contraceptive measures.
