To prevent gynecological inflammation, you need to pay attention to hygiene, wash your underwear frequently, avoid wearing clothes made of chemical fiber materials, iron your underwear with hot water or expose it to the sun to sterilize it. Professional nursing knowledge is the key to the treatment of gynecological diseases. Do you know any basic gynecological nursing knowledge?

1: Hospitalization reception: When the patient is hospitalized, the nursing staff will entertain him warmly, wear a hospital bracelet, place him in the hospital bed, and sign relevant nursing documents.

2: Conduct nursing assessment during hospitalization, accurately measure ECG, weight, height, and conduct psychological assessment and nursing plan based on the patient's condition.

3: Inpatient education includes a detailed introduction to the attending physician and attending nurse; the ward environment and the operation of relevant ward equipment; waiting and visiting rules; preventing falls/falling out of bed; dining precautions; hand hygiene; fire safety; personal safety and financial safety.

4: ECG monitoring: Measure body temperature, pulse rate, and respiration rate of new patients, patients three days after surgery, and patients with fever every day; observe and record stool volume every day, and report any abnormalities to the doctor immediately; measure body weight and blood pressure every week and record them.

5: Follow the doctor's orders and carry out the graded nursing standards and key medical care points. Provide corresponding basic nursing services according to the patient's condition; morning and night care: diet: supine: metabolism, suction: catheter: safety and other care

6: Medical care for patients with indwelling urinary catheters: Keep the urinary catheter unobstructed: observe the color and volume of urine; change the urine bag regularly; encourage the patient to drink more water; keep the vulva clean to prevent urethral retrograde infection

7: The nurse of the patient with vaginal bleeding should observe the color, characteristics and amount of vaginal bleeding, keep the perineum pad closed and weighed when necessary, do a good job of hygiene, and keep the vulva clean and dry.

During use, you should closely observe the patient's ECG monitoring and changes in condition, implement treatment, medication and nursing measures appropriately according to the doctor's instructions, provide care and assistance based on the patient's condition and ability to control life, and provide medical and health guidance. The ward must also be kept clean and tidy, and the room must be ventilated and disinfected every day. After the patient is hospitalized, terminal disinfection of the unit should be carried out as required.
