Correct bladder position for women

Correct bladder position for women

We may not pay much attention to our bladder, but its functions are also important. We need to store and metabolize it in urine. It is a supporting sac reproductive organ. Its appearance, size and location will vary, and the key is the amount in the urine. Generally speaking, the bladder capacity of an adult can reach 500ml. If the urine exceeds 500ml, we will feel bladder pain. Women's bladder capacity is smaller than men's. Many people don’t know where the bladder is. Next, I will briefly introduce to everyone where the female bladder is. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

The bladder is connected to the kidneys and urethra on both sides of the lower abdomen. The protrusion is located at the intersection of the bladder and urethra, controlling urination. The bladder is located on the front of the pelvis and cannot be touched. When the urine is full, it swells rapidly and rises to the pubic symphysis, where it can be touched firmly. The baby's bladder is in the abdomen and slowly drips into the pelvis until about 6 years old.

A woman's bladder is also in the pelvis. Located in the front of the pelvis, with the ischial tuberosity in the front, the uterus and vagina in the back, and the bladder neck connected to the urogenital diaphragm. The bladder is covered by the retroperitoneum. When there is no urine in the bladder, the tip of the bladder will not exceed the upper edge of the ischial tuberosity. When the urine is filled, the tip rises above the ischial tuberosity and the anterior abdominal cavity expands toward the retroperitoneum of the bladder.

Our bladder mainly stores and excretes urine. Urine is produced in the kidneys and then transported to the bladder through the urethra. When the amount of urine in the bladder exceeds 300ml, the bladder pressure increases to about 60-70cm of water flow, causing a nerve reflex, the urethral sphincter opens, and urination begins.

Normally, the bladder is not completely emptied after each urination, and there is usually some residual urine. The residual urine is related to the bladder function. An increase in residual urine can easily lead to urethral infection.

Bladder is a condition that can cause serious harm. Cystitis is a common disease among women, characterized by frequent urination, urgent and painful urination, back pain, lower abdominal discomfort, hematuria and other symptoms. A simple urine test can confirm the diagnosis. If antibiotics are used in time, it can usually be cured.

According to the location of the introduction into the female bladder, we also know that the bladder is very important, so we should pay attention to prevent diseases. Female friends are most likely to suffer from cystitis, so we should pay attention that when abnormal urine storage occurs, the bladder may have problems. We should see a doctor immediately and do a good job in early diagnosis, early detection and early treatment.
