When menstruation comes, do you feel cold limbs, including the entire waist. At this time, putting something warm around your waist can relieve the pain instantly. Therefore, under the condition that conditions permit, lie flat on the bed, soak a cotton towel with warm water (to the extent that it is impermeable), and place it on the painful part of the waist and the sacrum slightly below, then put a hand warmer on top, apply heat for about 10 minutes, and then apply heat on both sides of the waist for 10 minutes each.

Tip 2: Supplement potassium and iron

For example, eating some foods containing potassium and iron can relieve mood, suppress pain, prevent infection, and reduce excessive blood loss during menstruation. Supplement copper-rich foods, such as fish, animal liver, egg yolk and so on.

Tip 3: Press and rub the Hegu point

Acupoint location and pressing method: Close your ring finger and thumb, then you can see a protruding muscle. The highest point of this muscle is the Hegu point. When you have free time, use the thumb of your other hand to press the Hegu point lightly. Hold it for about 5 seconds each time, then release it and repeat. Do this for 3 minutes.
