Normal women have their menstrual period once a month, which usually lasts about 3 to 5 days. Some women may experience a period that is no longer needed, but vaginal bleeding may occur again four or five days later. So is it normal for the menstrual period to come four or five days after the period is over? If the menstrual period comes four or five days later, it should be regarded as abnormal vaginal bleeding, which may be caused by uterine bleeding. It can also be considered whether there is abnormal uterine bleeding. A basic gynecological examination is needed to understand the location of bleeding, whether it is discharged from the vagina or the uterus. Gynecological examination is a basic examination. It can determine whether there is cervical bleeding or whether the bleeding is in the uterine cavity. It is the most basic examination. Then consider further examinations, such as color Doppler ultrasound and HCG testing, which are the most basic. According to the relative examination results, hysteroscopic surgery with certain traumatic characteristics should be carried out, which is of great significance, and finally a comprehensive analysis is carried out. Vaginal bleeding five or six days after the menstrual period is over is abnormal. The normal physiological cycle is affected by the neuroendocrine regulation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-uterus-ovary-uterus axis. When women have endocrine system neurological disorders, they may experience menstrual disorders. This can be seen in disorders such as abnormal uterine bleeding due to imbalanced function, pituitary disease, endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, and endometrial cancer. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, most of them are related to factors such as kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency, blood stasis, and blood heat. Vaginal bleeding four or five days after menstruation may be ovulation bleeding, which is characterized by less bleeding and lasts no more than a week. This type of bleeding can be left untreated unless there is a pregnancy preparation period requirement. Pay attention to hygiene at ordinary times and keep the vulva clean and dry. If there is contact bleeding after intercourse, or the bleeding is unrelated to the menstrual cycle, it is recommended to see a gynecologist to check the condition of the cervix, do cervical cytology and HPV testing, and use color Doppler ultrasound to check the condition of the uterine cavity, adnexa and pelvis. If it is caused by cervical inflammation, and TCT and HPV are normal, you don't need to use any medication and just need to do regular cervical cancer screening. If there are abnormalities in TCT or HPV, a colposcopy or puncture biopsy is required. If the ultrasound shows abnormalities in the uterine cavity, such as uterine polyps, hysteroscopy is required. |
