However, it is necessary to understand the knowledge of chronic vaginal bleeding.

Vaginal bleeding often indicates the possibility of the following diseases. As a woman, if you have vaginal bleeding outside of your period, don't take chances.

1. Genital inflammation: Inflammation of the vagina, uterus, and bilateral fallopian tubes can cause abnormal vaginal bleeding. For example, senile vaginitis may cause bloody leucorrhea. The main clinical symptom of endometritis is also irregular vaginal bleeding.

2. Uterine fibroids: The most common symptom of uterine fibroids is irregular vaginal bleeding, which is mainly manifested as menstrual disorders, shortened cycle time, prolonged menstrual duration, increased menstrual volume, etc.

3. Endometriosis: Endometriosis is often combined with uterine fibroids or adenomyosis. If the uterine and ovarian tissues are damaged or endocrine abnormalities occur, abnormal vaginal bleeding may occur.

4. Endometrial cancer: The specific manifestation of endometrial cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding, and when combined with infection, there will be foul-smelling thick blood.

6. Cervical cancer: The most important clinical symptom of cervical cancer is vaginal bleeding, which is often manifested as bleeding during sexual intercourse.

8. Hypothalamic-pituitary tumors: Hypothalamic-pituitary tumors can lead to abnormal metabolism of gonadotropin-releasing growth hormone, and abnormal vaginal bleeding may occur due to the influence of the gonadal axis.

9. Multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding: There is no organic disease in the uterus, but abnormal vaginal bleeding occurs due to endocrine abnormalities in the uterus and ovaries due to various reasons.

I believe that through the introduction above, you should have a certain understanding of vaginal bleeding. If you encounter this kind of situation in normal times, you can deal with it well.
