Reasons for women's back pain when sneezing

In daily life, many patients and sexual friends suffer from sneezing and lower back pain, which must be treated in time. After sneezing, I feel pain in the waist bone just above my buttocks. It is fine when I stand and walk, but it is not possible when I lower my head. So, what is the reason for the waist pain when women sneeze? Let me share with you the reasons for the waist pain when sneezing.

Women's sneezing causes back pain, which is often caused by the symptoms of the back itself, and the following conditions are common:

1. Lumbar disc herniation. When a patient has lumbar disc herniation, when he sneezes, the air pressure increases, which stimulates the pressure in the spinal canal to increase, causing the herniated lumbar disc to stimulate the nerve roots or cauda equina, causing low back pain.

2. When the lumbar muscles are strained, such as lumbar muscle strain or intervertebral disc bone hyperplasia, the lumbar muscles spasm or bone hyperplasia will stimulate low back pain, causing lumbar muscle spasm, and snoring can cause low back pain symptoms.

3. Some space-occupying masses in the spinal canal, such as tumors in the spinal canal, can also cause increased abdominal pressure if you sneeze, and stimulate the tumor to compress the nerve roots or spinal nerves, causing symptoms of low back pain.

During the acute onset, various symptoms are significantly aggravated, and there will be muscle spasms, scoliosis and limited functional activities. Some patients may have extension pain in the lower limbs, but no stringy pain or skin discomfort. The characteristics of the pain are mostly dull pain, which can be limited to one location or spread to the entire back. There is soreness or swelling in the waist, and some tingling or burning pain.

Lumbar disc herniation is caused by acute and chronic spinal damage, lumbar disc degeneration, bone hyperplasia and other reasons. The key clinical symptoms are low back and leg pain and restricted waist movement.

Depending on the severity of the disease, lumbar disc herniation can be divided into three stages: early, middle and late. The symptoms of each stage are different, but they must be treated in time, otherwise the early stage will become the middle and late stages, and the middle and late stages will become the late stages, eventually causing paralysis.

The main symptom in the early stage is low back pain. Lower back pain, soreness, turning over, sneezing, urinating, etc. will aggravate the pain. When it is cloudy or cold, the pain is more likely to worsen or occur again.

In the middle and late stages, the main symptoms are pain in the waist and legs. If lumbar disc herniation is not treated promptly in the early stage, the lumbar disc and bone spurs will gradually compress the nerve roots in the waist, especially the lumbar spine. In addition to waist discomfort, patients often experience burning and needle-like pain from the buttocks to the feet; some people also feel numbness in the feet and sensory impairment.

When lumbar disc herniation reaches the late stage, the symptoms will further develop and cause spinal stenosis, compressing the spinal nerves and cauda equina inside, causing urinary incontinence, or suddenly feeling that one leg has become lame when walking, and may even cause paralysis.

If you experience recurring soreness, swelling, and pain in your lower back, you should consider whether you have lumbar disc herniation and get checked out as soon as possible. Traditional methods of treating lumbar disc herniation include medication, surgery, massage, acupuncture, traction, acupuncture therapy, etc. However, this approach has certain limitations. The new treatment plan for lumbar disc herniation tends to combine various methods for comprehensive treatment.
