Why do women's nipples itch?

We all know that our human body is very honest. If there is any discomfort, it means that there is a problem in some part of the body. Although some problems may not be symptoms, they still need to be properly treated. So, what is the reason for women's itchy nipples? What should women pay attention to in their daily lives when they have itchy nipples? Let's take a look.

1. Women in puberty

The breasts are just beginning to grow and develop rapidly. The nipples will naturally grow rapidly. At this time, we must pay attention to its local hygiene. Because rapid growth and development leads to increased secretions, which provides conditions for the growth of various bacteria. If you do not pay attention to personal hygiene and use poor quality shower gel, soap and bra fabrics, it is likely to cause dryness and peeling, resulting in unbearable nipple itching, which is inevitable.

2. Itchy nipples in late pregnancy

If a woman experiences itchy nipples in late pregnancy, it is a normal pregnancy reaction. And as time goes by, the milk bubbles and nipples of pregnant women will continue to swell. This is also normal. Pregnant women can rub it with a hot cotton towel and the milky white substance can be removed.

3. For women with full breasts

Due to the material of underwear or fitness exercises, the nipple area sometimes rubs and causes eczema, which is a common skin disease. This type of disease is common during breastfeeding and can also occur in young girls. The patient's nipples, breasts and surrounding areas are covered with needle-sized papules and boils. The realm of life is clear, often accompanied by exudate and erosion.

This reaction may be related to genetic inheritance, fatigue and mental factors may also be the cause of the disease. To treat the disease, abnormal skin allergy factors should be eliminated, and spicy foods such as river shrimp, protein, white wine, and chili peppers should not be eaten; avoid strong scratching and steaming with boiling water, keep the area clean; do not wear bras made of chemical fiber fabrics, and apply corticosteroid cream under the guidance of a doctor.

4. Too much cleanliness

Excessive cleanliness will affect the normal physiological needs of the skin, so moderate hygiene and cleaning services will be enough. The destruction of the oil layer on the surface of the skin can also be one of the causes of skin itching. You need to change your cleaning methods and techniques. As long as the skin feels less greasy, it will be uncomfortable.
