Implantation bleeding occurs a few days before menstruation

If a woman's vaginal discharge is dark brown, it does not necessarily mean implantation bleeding. In addition, not all women experience bed bleeding in the early stages of pregnancy. This phenomenon usually varies from person to person. Therefore, when encountering this kind of situation, you need to first determine whether you are pregnant. If you are pregnant and have brown secretions, you need to consider the problem of implantation bleeding. At this time, you need to do color Doppler ultrasound and progesterone and hcg tests.

Several types of implantation bleeding

1. Physiological bleeding: When the decidua basalis bleeds, the embryo and the endometrium are separated, and the uterus is irritated, which will cause uterine contractions, cervical dilation, and blood will be discharged from the vagina. This type of bleeding is often accompanied by lower abdominal distension and pain. The amount of bleeding increases from small to large, the color changes from dark to red, and the abdominal pain also gradually increases.

2. Ectopic pregnancy: When the sperm and egg combine and grow to a certain level, it will cause the bilateral fallopian tubes to rupture, leading to internal bleeding. Because this type of bleeding flows in the abdomen, not much is discharged from the vagina. However, this type of excessive blood loss usually causes fainting, shock, etc. If emergency treatment is not immediate, the patient may be in danger of death.

3. Hydatidiform mole: Hydatidiform mole miscarriage usually begins in the 2nd or 3rd month of amenorrhea. The bleeding is intermittent, but some people may have repeated heavy bleeding.
