Why does vaginal fever occur?

The female vagina is quite unique. It is an important male reproductive organ and plays an important role in the sexual intercourse of couples. Therefore, everyone pays great attention to the female vagina. However, in daily life, some female friends have hot and uncomfortable symptoms at the vaginal opening. So what is the reason for the hot vaginal opening?

What causes vaginal burning?

Vaginal burning may be caused by vaginitis, because vaginitis is a general term for various female vaginal mucosal inflammation symptoms caused by different causes, so it is also necessary to look at the smell, color and other symptoms to identify the type of vaginitis. Under normal physiological conditions, the tissue anatomy and cellular properties of the female vagina are sufficient to defend against the corrosion of external anaerobic particulate matter. If it is damaged, pathogens can take advantage of the opportunity to enter and, due to many factors, cause Trichomonas vaginitis. The specific information is as follows:

1. Nonspecific vaginitis

There is a feeling of falling and burning in the private parts of the female vagina, many squamous epithelial cells of the female vagina fall down, the vaginal mucosa is abscessed, and there is obvious dull pain. In severe cases, patients may experience general fatigue, lower abdominal discomfort, excessive vaginal discharge in a purulent or serous form, and the outflow of female secretions may irritate the urethra, causing frequent urination, incomplete urination, and painful urination.

2. Trichomonas vaginitis

The vaginal discharge increases and is yellow-white, occasionally with light green pus, often with plastic foam, and has a fishy smell. In severe cases, it is mixed with blood; followed by low back pain, frequent urination, painful urination, vulvar itching, and dull pain in the lower abdomen. The vaginal mucosa is swollen, with scattered blood spots or strawberry-like protrusions, which sometimes cause pain during intercourse.

3. Fungal vaginitis

The obvious symptoms of this disease are increased leucorrhea and itching in private parts and vagina. When the symptoms are severe, the patient may feel restless, painful, and abnormal, and may also experience frequent urination, incomplete urination, painful urination, and pain during intercourse.

The female secretions are milky white and thick like soybean milk residue, the vaginal mucosa is severely edematous, the vulva is burning and there are milky white flakes of film adhering, which are easy to fall off. Underneath is the erosive basal fluid that damages the mucosa or causes shallow ulcers. In severe cases, ecchymosis may be left behind, which is a typical symptom of this disease.

Another type of patient has a lot of watery or pus-like discharge without milky white lumps. The vaginal mucosa is moderately red and swollen, without severe itching or burning, and only feels wet in the vulva.
