How do vaginal cysts form?

After understanding the impact of vaginal cyst on the human body, we can only find out the actual cause of vaginal cyst in order to effectively prevent this disease. So how is vaginal cyst caused? The editor summarizes the following aspects for you to explain the actual reasons.

1. The woman's vagina has a self-cleansing function. Only by continuously discharging secretions can the pH value in the vagina be balanced to achieve vaginal health. However, if the glandular ducts in the vagina are blocked, these secretions will immediately accumulate in a certain place and cause cysts.

2. Some female friends also have vulvar cysts due to some inflammation. In other words, inflammation will continue to irritate the Bartholin gland tube, causing blockage of the Bartholin gland tube. The secretions cannot be discharged normally, and vaginal cysts occur.

3. A very small number of female friends suffer from vaginal cysts due to congenital factors. For example, congenital narrow Bartholin gland tubes can not make the normal discharge of secretions out of the body, resulting in accumulation and thus cause vaginal cysts.

4. Some female friends' secretions will be very thick immediately. If they suffer from Bartholinitis, it is more likely to cause vulvar cysts.

What is vaginal wall cyst?

1. What is vaginal wall cyst?

Vaginal cysts are the most common benign tumors in the vagina. There are no glandular ducts in the normal vagina, but isolated and aberrant crypts can occasionally be found, which can form retention cysts containing fluid, and are not neoplastic or proliferative tumors. Generally, cyst epithelial cells come from the Müllerian duct, mesonephric duct and urogenital sinus in the test tube embryo stage.

Vaginal cysts may be segmented or multilobed, and vary in size, generally 2 to 3 cm in diameter, with a smooth surface, fixed, and cystic feel to the touch. These cysts are usually small and have no clinical symptoms, but sometimes they can grow quite large, causing difficulty or pain in sexual intercourse, or even preventing pregnancy and delivery. They can sometimes compress the trigone of the bladder, causing increased urination. In rare cases, its long, cord-like pedicle can cause distortion and blockage of the intestine.

2. Symptoms of vaginal cysts

2.1. Gynecological examination can reveal cystic masses on the vaginal wall, which are usually single and 3 cm in diameter.
