2. Bathing the wound

If the new mother does not take good care of the tear wound, causing the tear wound infection, you can choose to use 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution warm water bath to soak the wound twice a day, each time for about 10-15 minutes, but it cannot be used for a long time.

3. Oral medication

While cooperating with the bath soaking wound treatment, cooperate with the drug treatment as needed, and take some antibiotics under the guidance of the doctor. The use of antiviral drugs is also effective for wound infections, but attention should be paid to the fact that taking medications during breastfeeding may have adverse effects on the baby. 4. Wound drainage method
