Breast pain is caused by breast hyperplasia. The typical manifestation of breast hyperplasia is breast pain. This pain has a characteristic that it is aggravated before menstruation and relieved or disappeared after menstruation. This problem is not a big deal and there is no need to worry. If the breast pain is not severe, it does not require medication. You can get angry less, stay up late less, eat less spicy and irritating foods, and use a hot towel to warm the breast to relieve the pain. If the pain is severe, you can take some Chinese medicine to treat breast hyperplasia. You can choose one of them.

Breast pain in many areas

1. Breast pain during puberty: It usually occurs between the ages of 9 and 13. After the girl's menarche, the swelling and pain will subside on its own. Related to female hormones.

2. Early breast pain: Premenstrual breast pain is an early and important data signal of gynecological diseases. Strictly speaking, female breasts are part of the urinary system and are greatly affected by estrogen.

3. Breast pain during sex: This is related to the physiological changes in the breasts during sexual intercourse. People with sexual apathy or an uncoordinated sex life will not be able to meet their sexual needs, so the hematoma and swelling in the breast will not easily disappear, or will not disappear completely. Persistent hematoma will cause breast pain.

4. Breast pain during pregnancy: Some women experience breast pain around 40 days of pregnancy because the embryo and fur secrete a large amount of female hormones, estrogen and prolactin, which causes mammary gland enlargement. In severe cases, the pain may last throughout the pregnancy. No medical treatment required.

5. Postpartum breast pain: Breast distension, lumps and pain often occur 3 to 7 days after giving birth. This is mainly due to mammary lymph node retention, venous blood flow and interstitial edema, and obstruction of mammary duct.

So if you are in these situations, don't worry too much, because it is a normal physiological condition. If these conditions do not occur and there is tingling, then female friends should be careful, it may be caused by some disease. I hope you will pay attention to it.
