How to correct inverted breasts

Nipple filling refers to the fact that women's nipples are not prominent on the surface of the nipples, some are even indented in the soft skin, and some are like extinct volcanoes. This condition is called nipple filling, and the incidence of nipple filling in women is 1% to 2%. So how to correct nipple fillings? What to do with nipple fillings? Follow the editor below to learn in detail.

Experts emphasize that nipple filling is mainly congenital, but can also be caused by fibrosis after trauma or surgery, breast tumors and mastitis. The cause of congenital nipple embolism is mainly the incomplete development of the nipple and the smooth muscles of the nipple. These muscles stretch inward, and the lack of support from the supporting tissue under the nipple causes nipple embolism.

How to correct nipple filling

The filling usually occurs on both sides at the same time, and the disease may occur on one side. If the nipple of the filling can be re-emerged by slightly squeezing or stretching the nipple, it is a slight nipple filling, and can also be called a reversible nipple filling. This type of nipple filling can be corrected through non-surgical conservative treatment, and the best time to treat it is before marriage or in early pregnancy. The specific methods include technical traction belts and equipment traction belts. More serious cases of entrapment may require surgical treatment.

1. Skill stretching. Adolescence is a critical stage for breast development and also a critical stage for correcting nipple fillings. Regularly stretching the nipples can make the breasts more prominent, increase the bearing capacity of the surrounding skin, and have a "shaping" effect. Multiple times a day. Over time, the nipples will naturally protrude outwards slowly. If you can't pull it out, push the skin of the breast near the nipple outwards first.

2. Attraction therapy. After pregnancy, use a manual breast pump to suck the nipples several times a day, using its air pressure to promote nipple protrusion.

3. Use a nipple corrector. It is a way to treat flat or indented nipples. It is effective for mild and moderate nipple fillings.

4. Surgical treatment. For situations where the filling is seriously horizontal and cannot be pulled out of the nipple by hand. It is mainly based on surgical treatment to completely loosen the nipple muscle tissue bundle that stretches the inner filling, and allow the surrounding breast tissue to fill in the tip of the nipple to increase the bearing capacity of the nipple and achieve the purpose of nipple augmentation. This surgery requires anesthesia. There are many types of surgery, and you can choose one according to your own condition.

What complications may occur with nipple fillings

(1) Partial infection. The fillings inside the nipple make it difficult to clean the part, and it is easy to accumulate dirt and cause infection, resulting in chronic complications. Some parts will accumulate exudate, some even have a foul odor, skin erosion and other symptoms.

(2) Breastfeeding is difficult. Because the stuffing in the nipple makes it impossible to clean the part, breast milk accumulates, and even acute mastitis may occur due to secondary infection.

(3) Affects appearance. The filling inside the nipple will affect a woman's appearance and needs to be corrected through plastic surgery.
