Except for pregnant women with pregnancy complications such as miscarriage, premature birth, and multiple pregnancies, doctors usually advise pregnant women to engage in a fixed amount of exercise every day to maintain their health and physical strength. General gymnastics, swimming and mild ball games are all within the permitted range, and outdoor outings and picnics are also fine. Sports that are too intense or dangerous, such as football, basketball, rock climbing, and the 100-meter sprint, should be avoided.
