A pimple on a woman's private part

Private lumps are a gynecological disease that many women have suffered from, but women are not very familiar with this matter. When a lump grows in the private parts, they don’t know how to deal with it, and because of the unique location, they are unwilling to receive treatment. The following introduces several types of lumps in the private parts. I hope it will be helpful to female friends. Of course, I would also like to remind female friends that if there are abnormal symptoms in the private parts, it is best to go to the hospital for treatment. So, what is the reason for a lump in a woman's private parts?

1. A hard lump in the private part may be a Bartholin gland cyst, which requires actual examination to confirm. If possible, minimally invasive treatment can be used. A Bartholin gland cyst is a cyst that develops on the Bartholin gland duct. Bartholin glands, also known as the greater vestibular glands, are located on both sides of the vulva, behind the vestibular bulbs, covered by the bulbar cavernous muscles, about the size of a soybean, and are responsible for secreting mucus to lubricate the glandular ducts in the vagina. The gland duct originally has its own opening to secrete mucus, and is generally not easily blocked. However, if some conditions occur and the mucus is blocked from being discharged, the discharge of Bartholin's gland secretions is blocked and accumulated in the duct lumen, causing cystic enlargement of the gland duct. When combined with infection, it will swell and form a Bartholin's gland cyst. Just like acne on the face, once the skin pores are blocked by excess metabolic oil, they will swell and become inflamed.

2. You may have a swollen Bartholin's gland. The Bartholin's glands are located in the shallow 1/3 of the labia majora on both sides. The glands open between the rupture of the hymen and the labia. During sexual stimulation, the secreted mucus is light yellow and has a lubricating effect. Bartholin's gland inflammation and cysts are one of the common diseases in women. In the early stage, it is limited to the gland interface, the part is red and painful, the secretion may increase, accompanied by slight private discomfort, the inflammation invades to the shallow layer, and when it invades the glands and glandular ducts, the part is red, swollen, hot, and painful. The glands are blocked, and the inflammatory secretions cannot be discharged. They accumulate in the gland cavity and cause cysts, which are extremely painful.

Medication treatment can only solve temporary problems, and basic surgical treatment is to remove the saccular rupture. The blood circulation around the Bartholin's glands is rich and abundant, and there is a lot of bleeding during surgery. After the cyst is detached, if the dead space is not healed well, it is prone to bleeding and infection, and the gland duct function is lost. Nowadays, cystostomy is often used, which has short operation time, less bleeding, simple operation, no need for hospitalization, low cost, and can preserve the function of the glandular duct and prevent vulvar dryness and discomfort. At the same time, we should improve our awareness of prevention and pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene to reduce the occurrence of this disease.

Hard lumps in the private parts are basically all caused by environmental hygiene problems. In other words, they are initially caused by not paying attention to hygiene. Therefore, ladies are advised to pay attention to the environmental hygiene of their private parts. Once a problem occurs, they need to consult a doctor immediately and do not blindly take medicine. If you have a hard lump in the vagina, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment as soon as possible.
