What causes low body temperature in women?

Most women are afraid of cold, especially in the cold winter when they will wear a lot of clothes. What causes women's low body temperature? Hypothermia can affect blood circulation. If a woman does not exercise enough, she will suffer from hypothermia. Most women will have a cold body, with cold hands and feet all year round. If you want to improve women's low body temperature, you can exercise more, which can promote blood circulation.

Low body temperature will definitely affect blood circulation, so the skin starts to become dry and prone to acne, the hair starts to become dry and prone to hair loss, and the body is prone to water accumulation and swelling. Office ladies often experience stiff shoulders, back pain, and headaches, which are all related to the autonomic nervous system that regulates blood circulation.

Although having a cold body is just a physical problem and is not fatal, it may lead to a decrease in immunity and cause diseases such as asthma and nephritis.

Hypothermia in women is caused by hormonal imbalance, which causes abnormal vasoconstriction and dilation and decreased blood circulation function. When blood circulation cannot regulate body temperature normally, the human body begins to feel cold. In traditional Chinese medicine, this is called "disharmony of Qi and blood". Japanese medical research also believes that "the disease will first invade the cold parts of the body."

On the other hand, women are more prone to iron deficiency, and iron is an important material for the production of hemoglobin, which in turn has the important task of transporting oxygen throughout the body. Women's menstruation in particular leads to iron loss, so this period is more likely to cause a drop in body temperature, and in severe cases it may cause iron deficiency anemia.

There is a growing trend of young women suffering from cold hands and feet, cold body, and even too cold to sleep! When we conducted a questionnaire survey among women in their 20s, we found that as many as 70-80% of them suffered from body coldness. Modern people are under great pressure, and staying in air-conditioned rooms for long periods of time can easily lead to problems such as autonomic nervous system disorders and poor blood circulation, which is why so many women suffer from cold body syndrome.

Women with hypothermia need to be given enough attention, because hypothermia can cause many problems. According to surveys, women with hypothermia are prone to hypoglycemia, and often experience symptoms such as dizziness and nausea, which seriously interfere with their normal life. For people with low body temperature, you may want to go to a regular hospital for a check-up, or you can learn some methods to regulate it.
