Every woman will experience ovulation, and it happens once every month, but women with irregular menstruation will have irregular ovulation, so women need to understand the time of ovulation and adjust their menstrual cycle. The normal menstrual cycle of women is 28 days. The symptoms of ovulation occur 14 days after menstruation. Vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain will occur during the ovulation period, and the body temperature will rise. Ovulation is one of the basic conditions for female conception. When a girl is born, she has more than 400 eggs in her body. When menstruation comes, she will ovulate, but only one egg will be released each month. Sometimes, there may be no ovulation or only two eggs will be released. Generally, the ovulation period is only about ten days, and an egg will be released within these ten days. The ovulation date can be calculated based on the menstrual cycle, or ovulation can be detected using ovulation test strips. The calculation method of ovulation is also very simple. Generally, the fourteen days before menstruation is the ovulation day. However, it is only suitable for women with regular menstrual cycles. Women with irregular menstrual cycles can measure basal body temperature, or check cervical mucus and ovulation test strips. These examination methods are more accurate. When ovulation occurs, the body temperature may change slightly, and the temperature will be 0.5 degrees Celsius higher than usual, which is generally not noticeable. Ovulation may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain, but the pain is short-lived and usually disappears after a few hours. During ovulation, you may also experience breast tenderness because of the sudden increase in estrogen levels in the body. Ovulation is also accompanied by increased secretions, and you will generally see egg white-like mucus strips. These symptoms can be used to determine whether ovulation has occurred. Generally, there are no such symptoms after ovulation. If you do not ovulate for a long time, the following symptoms may occur, which are worth noting: 1. Irregular menstruation: The clinical manifestations of anovulation are generally menstrual cycles less than 21 days, or irregular vaginal bleeding, or infrequent menstruation or amenorrhea, all of which should consider the possibility of anovulation. The clinical manifestations of anovulatory infertility are changes in the amount, color, and quality of menstrual periods. The menstrual cycle is either advanced or delayed, or even amenorrhea and infertility for many years. 2. Tall stature and underdeveloped secondary sexual characteristics may be signs of sexual dysfunction caused by the central nervous system. Increased body hair may be caused by excessive secretion of androgen by the ovaries or adrenal glands. Milk discharge from the nipple may be caused by too much prolactin in the blood. 3. In addition, the cause and type of infertility can be distinguished based on medical history, gynecological examination, basal body temperature, cervical mucus, vaginal exfoliated cell endocrine smear, blood endocrine hormone tests, as well as B-ultrasound, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and other examinations. |
