Therefore, postpartum or menopausal women should strengthen physical exercise, increase pelvic floor muscle function, and do more anal exercises. If they find that the vulvar wall is severely bulging, they should seek medical help in time. You can also do pelvic floor muscle exercises 2-3 times a day, each time for 15 to 30 minutes continuously. When exercising the pelvic floor muscles, tighten the anus, and each time the tightening time should be more than 3 seconds.
