Early symptoms of kidney crystals in women

Kidney stones in women are caused by irregular diet and frequent depression. Lack of sleep and lack of water can also cause kidney stones. Therefore, when women have kidney stones, they should adjust their diet, drink more water, and take medication according to the doctor's advice to promote stone excretion. The early symptoms of kidney stones in women are mainly painful urination and inability to urinate.

There are five reasons that may cause kidney stones in women:

1. Unpredictable hunger and fullness, irregular diet. Many women have poor eating habits. They eat and drink less to lose weight, and overeat to gain weight. Eat more when you are hungry, eat less when you are bloated, eat later when you are busy at work, and do not eat at all when you are in a bad mood. Irregular diet, unbalanced nutrition, and frequent consumption of foods high in oxalic acid are one of the causes of kidney stones.

2. Feeling frustrated and depressed. Women are more emotional than men. When they encounter unpleasant things, they cannot control their emotions and become depressed. Some people even suffer from long-term depression due to emotional problems, and eventually develop kidney stones due to bad habits such as frequent drinking, eating barbecue, and overeating.

3. Rich nightlife and insufficient sleep. Although lack of sleep will not induce disease, a rich nightlife, long-term drinking and eating spicy food are important causes of disease. If a woman who has a rich nightlife also likes to drink coffee, her chances of getting sick are very high.

4. Lack of exercise and drinking less water. Many women do not like exercise, thinking it is too tiring and troublesome. But exercise is good for your health and can burn fat. If you don't exercise and drink little water, you will accumulate fat and urinate less, which will increase your chances of getting kidney stones.

5. Skipping breakfast will lead to insufficient nutrition. Some women like to sleep in and often skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will affect gastric acid secretion and bile excretion, weaken digestion and induce disease.

Five early symptoms of kidney stones in women

1. Symptoms of infection: chills, back pain, frequent and urgent urination.

2. Asymptomatic: Urine test is negative and B-ultrasound examination shows no abnormalities.

3. Renal insufficiency: causes hydronephrosis and kidney stones.

4. History of stone excretion: small stones are excreted in the urine, accompanied by symptoms of urethral stinging and abdominal pain.

5. Renal colic: Obvious percussion pain in the kidney area, accompanied by cold sweat, bluish or pale face, low blood pressure, nausea and vomiting, etc.

According to the syndrome differentiation type, there are two prescriptions for TCM treatment of kidney stones for reference:

Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type

60g of Centella asiatica, 20g of Lycium wilfordii, 30g of Chicken Gizzard Stone, 10g of Achyranthes bidentata, 10g of Vaccaria segetalis, 15g of Astragalus, 15g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 20g of Poria, 10g of Angelica sinensis, 15g of Lycium barbarum, 10g of Cornus officinalis, 12g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 6g of cinnamon twig, 10g of Chuanduan, and 6g of Aconitum carmichaelii.

Damp-heat accumulation type

10g of Dianthus superbus, 10g of Polygonum multiflorum, 10g of Akebia, 10g of Plantago seed, 6g of Gardenia, 6g of Rhubarb, 12g of Talcum, 3g of Licorice, 30g of Centella asiatica, 15g of Lycopodiella cernua, and 15g of Chicken Gizzard Stone. For those with painful urination accompanied by hematuria, add Puhuang, Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Achyranthes bidentata, and Peach Kernel; for those with low back and abdominal pain, add White Peony Root, Corydalis yanhusuo, Eclipta prostrata, and Rehmannia glutinosa.

Health experts remind that the prognosis of kidney stones is also very important. Patients with kidney stones can effectively prevent the recurrence of kidney stones by taking measures such as drinking more water, supplementing vitamins, controlling calcium intake, and paying attention to medication.
