Such a uterine structure can lead to poor blood flow during menstruation, leading to dysmenorrhea; and some women's dysmenorrhea is hereditary, so if the mother has dysmenorrhea, the daughter will also have dysmenorrhea.

2. Cold can also cause dysmenorrhea

Women should pay special attention to keeping warm during menstruation. If the body is invaded by cold air during menstruation, eats cold food, or wears too little clothes, it may cause menstrual blood to stagnate, resulting in poor blood flow, and thus cause dysmenorrhea.

3. Excessive physical labor

Women should pay special attention to rest during menstruation. If they engage in heavy physical labor during this period, it may lead to excessive menstrual bleeding or even symptoms of dysmenorrhea.

4. Improper diet can also cause dysmenorrhea

Women should eat less spicy and irritating foods and cold foods during menstruation.
