How much does the endometrium grow every day?

The daily growth of the endometrium is very slow, and it may not be possible to see the changes with the naked eye. A detailed examination must be done to compare the data. People must not rush when regulating the endometrium to avoid counterproductive effects. They must patiently persist in using Chinese herbal medicine and diet for conditioning. Usually, Western medicine should not be used for treatment, as these will cause side effects.

How thick can the endometrium grow in a day?

Thin endometrium is a common disease among women. Under the influence of certain estrogen, if the endometrium does not reach a thickness of 8 mm during ultrasound examination, it is judged as thin endometrium. The thickness of the endometrium is the key to whether the fertilized egg can successfully implant. If the endometrium is too thick or too thin, it will have a great impact on pregnancy.

There are systemic causes for thin endometrium. Common causes include low estrogen levels, insufficient progesterone levels, ovulation disorders, and lack of growth hormone. There are also local causes, such as endometrial damage, adhesions, and absence. For some patients, the endometrium has not yet recovered after artificial abortion, which can also lead to thin endometrium.

Normal endometrial thickness

1. Proliferative Phase

1. Early stage of hyperplasia. In the early stages of hyperplasia, the endometrium is relatively thin, only about 4-6 mm.

2. Mid-proliferation stage. In the mid-proliferative period, the endometrium begins to grow, and the thickness of the thick membrane gradually thickens, increasing to 8-10mm.

3. Late proliferation stage. In the late stage of hyperplasia, the endometrium adjusts and becomes thicker, with a thickness of 9-10mm.

2. Secretory Phase

1. Early secretion stage. Due to the effect of progesterone, the endometrial glands become longer, the thickness of the endometrium is stimulated, and small vesicles of glycogen appear.

2. Mid-secretory phase. The endometrium grows and becomes jagged. The thickness remains unchanged.

3. Late secretory phase. The endometrium thickens and appears spongy. At this time, the thickness of the endometrium is about 5-6mm.

3. Menstrual period

The menstrual period is an important physiological period for women. During this time, the estrogen and progesterone levels of women will decrease, the endometrium will gradually return to normal, and begin to grow and adjust. At this time, the thickness of the endometrium can reach 8-10mm.
