4. Foods to relieve dysmenorrhea: There are many foods that can relieve dysmenorrhea, such as durian, peach kernels, and some foods rich in vitamin E, which are helpful in relieving abdominal pain during menstruation.

5. Hot towel compress

The most common and fastest way to solve menstrual stomach pain in life is to apply hot compress. First, prepare a basin of hot water at about 50 degrees. At this time, drop an appropriate amount of safflower oil into it, put a hot towel in the basin to soak it, and then squeeze out the water.

Then apply it to the area where your stomach hurts. After the towel becomes cool, repeat the above method. Generally, it will have a pain-relieving effect after a few minutes. 6. Honey brown sugar

It is a good choice of soup to drink during menstruation.
