The person being massaged sits down, and the massager holds his waist with one hand and places the other hand, palm facing down, on the kidney point of the person being massaged. Then, massage the kidney point quickly in a clockwise direction until the local skin becomes warm. 6. Press the Zhigou point with the tip of your thumb or a massage stick.
