4. Serious Diseases

5. Uterine diseases

Yellow-green vaginal discharge is common in mycoplasma and chlamydia infections. Dark yellow vaginal discharge is caused by necrosis or degeneration of diseased tissue. Yellow-green vaginal discharge is common in serious diseases such as subuterine fibroids, cervical cancer, uterine body cancer, and fallopian tube cancer.
