Women's itchy genitals and frequent urination_Why is itchy vulva and frequent urination

Women's private parts are very important for good health, especially to prevent them from being infected by bacteria. Because the area is special, women should keep it dry at ordinary times and seek timely treatment if any discomfort occurs. So what is the reason for itchy and frequent urination in women’s vulva? This symptom is very common in women. It may be vaginal urine disease or urethritis.

Cause 1: Nonspecific vaginitis

Female friends' vulva experiences varying degrees of sagging and burning sensation, there is a lot of epithelial shedding in the vagina, the vagina is congested, and the tenderness is obvious. Patients with severe vaginitis will experience varying degrees of general fatigue and lower abdominal discomfort, excessive vaginal discharge that is purulent or serous, and leucorrhea that irritates the urethra, causing frequent urination and painful urination.

Reason 2: Fungal vaginitis

The most obvious manifestation of this type of vaginitis is the sudden increase in unexplained vaginal discharge and sudden itching of the vulva and vagina. When the symptoms are severe, the patient may be restless and in extreme pain, and may also experience frequent urination, painful urination, and pain during intercourse.

Female friends' leucorrhea appears to be white, thick and dreg-like, the vaginal mucosa shows symptoms of edema, the vulva feels burning and white flaky films adhere to it, which are easy to peel off. Underneath is an eroded base of the damaged mucosa or a shallow ulcer. In severe cases, ecchymosis may remain, which is a typical symptom of this disease.

Another type of patients has a large amount of watery substance in their leucorrhea, and the vaginal mucosa appears swollen and red. There is no very obvious itching or burning sensation, only a feeling of wetness in the vulva.

Cause 3: Trichomonas vaginitis

The leucorrhea of patients with this type of vaginitis is yellow-white purulent substance, occasionally with foam and a distinct fishy smell. When the patient's condition is serious, it may be mixed with a small amount of blood. The next symptoms are low back pain, frequent urination, painful urination, vulvar itching, and dull pain in the lower abdomen. The vaginal mucosa is red and swollen, with scattered bleeding spots or strawberry-shaped protrusions, which occasionally cause pain during intercourse.

I believe that female friends have some understanding of the causes of female vulvar itching and frequent urination. In addition, daily care is also crucial. Female friends should pay attention to their diet and avoid eating irritating foods, such as spicy and cold foods, if they show symptoms of illness. Change and wash your underwear frequently and pay attention to your private hygiene.
