Can women with polyovarian syndrome have children?

Can women with polyovarian syndrome have children?

Nowadays, more and more couples are unable to have children due to some reasons. For example, some women found that there was no sound after preparing for pregnancy for a long time. They went to the hospital for a check-up and found that they had already developed polycystic ovary syndrome and abnormalities in the production of women's ovaries. Of course, there will be abnormalities in the ovulation period, and some patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are concerned about whether they can still have children with this disease.

Polycystic ovary syndrome has a relatively high incidence rate in clinical medicine and can easily cause female infertility. This type of disease is often mainly due to the obstruction of male reproductive organ function and abnormal ovulation of the uterus and ovaries. In clinical medicine, it is also accompanied by menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, obesity, etc. Among them, women aged 22 to 31 have a higher incidence of this disease. The most prominent clinical feature of PCOS is the inability to ovulate. Due to the lack of ovulation, the uterus and ovaries can only secrete estrogen and testosterone, but not corpus luteum. Due to endometrial hyperplasia, corpus luteum can cause endocrine reactions in the uterine wall. The uterine wall is exposed to the action of estrogen for a long time and will not produce corpus luteum, leading to endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial cancer.

1. Early pregnancy

The best childbearing age for women should be between 25 and 30 years old. If you are older, the probability of pregnancy will be relatively small. It is best for women to get pregnant during the best childbearing age, so that the success rate will be higher.

2. Ovarian stimulation therapy

There are many methods of ovulation induction treatment. The most common ones in clinical medicine are taking medications and Chinese medicine conditioning. Through ovulation induction treatment, the probability of pregnancy in women with PCOS will be relatively high.

3. Balanced diet

Patients with PCOS should also pay attention to nutrition, eat more foods with a low glycemic index, eat more foods rich in protein, and pay attention to the intake of high-fiber and high-vitamin foods.

It is actually very difficult for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome to give birth to children. Therefore, after having this kind of disease, it is better for everyone to treat the disease first and then prepare to have a baby. Because this kind of disease is not treated in time, it will not only affect the reproductive function, but may even cause more serious cancer symptoms. And when these women are preparing for pregnancy, we must first carry out ovulation-promoting treatment, and also have a balanced diet.
