Vaginal microflora

Vaginal microflora

Some women love cleanliness very much and clean their vagina every day. Although this is a very good hygiene habit, you must pay attention to the method. Usually, just wash with warm water. If you use some other preparations to clean, it is easy to cause damage to the vaginal flora. Once this dynamic balance is destroyed, it is easy to induce some gynecological diseases. Therefore, you must learn to regulate the vaginal flora. Let's take a look at this aspect.

1. Pay attention to hygiene

Avoid disordered and unclean sex life. It is best for both partners to maintain good personal hygiene before sex. If you feel vaginal dryness during sexual intercourse, you can use some water-based lubricant. In addition, during menstruation, you should use sanitary napkins produced by regular manufacturers that meet the requirements; change sanitary napkins, panty liners or tampons frequently, and avoid using panty liners outside of your menstrual period.

2. Avoid big weight fluctuations

If your weight fluctuates greatly, it will definitely affect the "beauty" of your genitals. Sudden changes in weight can cause the vagina and vulva to be overstretched and damaged. Women should not lose weight excessively and should maintain a healthy weight. If a woman is too thin, her private parts, like her face, will age and sag prematurely.

3. Avoid wearing tight pants and sitting for long periods of time

Tight pants will hinder the private parts from "breathing" freely, making them warmer and more moist, creating an environment for bacteria to multiply. Don't sit in an office chair for a long time. Sitting on a fitness ball for 15 minutes every day can naturally contract the pelvic floor muscles and help strengthen the vaginal muscles.

4. Reduce long riding time

The constant friction between the bicycle seat and the crotch can damage the labia majora, especially for women whose labia majora are naturally more protruding. Therefore, if it is not required for professional training, women should reduce long-term cycling to better protect their private parts.

5. Keep Your Sex Life Active

The same principle of “use it or lose it” applies to the female genitals. If a woman's genitals don't get enough stimulation or increased blood flow, the tissues and muscles in that area can change. Engorgement is critical for vaginal lubrication. Scientists have also discovered that if a couple is not worried about accidental conception, then the man's semen can prevent the aging of the woman's vagina.

6. Learn about vaginal knowledge

Women begin to lose fat in their private parts from their 20s and gradually become loose as they age. As women approach menopause, their vaginal lining begins to thin, blood flow decreases, and the pelvic floor muscles weaken. A loose vagina can affect a woman's sexual confidence.
