2. Also pay attention to the sleeping environment.

Sometimes, if the sleeping environment is too noisy or the pregnant woman does not get enough sleep, it will cause the baby in the belly to protest and increase their activity. This will make the baby excited, and the mother's pain will increase.

Therefore, pregnant women should try to maintain good sleep quality when sleeping and develop regular sleep time. In addition, a comfortable sleeping environment is also very important. This can not only effectively calm the nerves, but also help pregnant women reduce insomnia. It can also effectively soothe the fetus so that they will not become irritable due to the noisy environment.
