3. Motherwort: It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling. It is mainly used to treat irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, etc.

You can eat it like this: put 75 grams of motherwort, 6 red dates, and 200 grams of lean meat into a pot, then cook on low heat for 2 hours after the water boils, add salt, and then you can drink it.

Eat more foods that replenish qi and warm the body, such as walnuts, dates, and peanuts, so that the innate deficiencies can be made up by the acquired high energy. There is no need to worry about getting angry. People with cold constitution lack fire energy and are not prone to symptoms of excessive heat and body heat.

This food can warm the yang energy in the lower body and was often used as a monthly medicinal meal for concubines in the Qing Dynasty. The ingredients are 0.5 grams of deer antler powder, 1 cordyceps sinensis, 1 egg, and a little salt. Steam them together into egg custard and it can be eaten. Eating it for a long time can regulate the coldness of the uterus, which is more effective than taking medicine.
