If the breast nodules are caused by breast hyperplasia, they are multiple and may be unilateral or bilateral. The size and texture of the nodules will change with the female cycle. Before menstruation, the nodules will increase in size and the texture will be relatively hard. After menstruation, the nodules will naturally shrink and the texture will become soft. During the examination, nodules of irregular size will be felt, and the boundary with the surrounding tissues is not very clear. Most of them will be tender, and there will be no adhesion to deep tissues and skin, and they will move.
