Is breast hyperplasia related to sex?

Breast hyperplasia in women is a common disease, but is it related to sex? It is understood that there is indeed a certain relationship between the two. For couples with a relatively harmonious sex life, the probability of women suffering from breast hyperplasia is very low. On the contrary, if women always suppress their sex life, the probability of breast hyperplasia will be higher. In fact, women who have an uncoordinated sexual life for a long time may have other problems besides breast hyperplasia.

The relationship between breast hyperplasia and sexual life is very close. Through a large number of clinical observations, medical scientists have found that breast diseases have a very important connection with female sexual life. Female sexual repression can increase the incidence of lobular breast hyperplasia and breast tumors.

Experts believe that if women are always sexually excited but cannot reach orgasm, their bodies will feel extremely uncomfortable, and the unreleased sexual tension can easily turn into cramps and pain. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, women who have an unharmonious sexual life for a long time are prone to temper tantrums, which is caused by liver depression and qi stagnation. Qi stagnation causes blood stasis in the milk vessels and forms a habit. Therefore, the quality of sex life directly affects the physiological health of women's breasts.

For women, breasts are not only lactation organs, but also sexual organs. During sexual intercourse, the breasts undergo cyclical changes: during the period of sexual excitement, the breast veins become congested, and the breasts become larger and fuller; during the duration of sexual intercourse, the areola becomes congested and the nipples become erect; during orgasm, these changes reach their peak; after orgasm, the congestion of the areola quickly subsides, and after 15 minutes the enlarged breasts gradually return to their original state. Experts point out that if there is a lack of sexual activity for a long time, this physiological regulation will be lacking, which can easily induce the occurrence of lobular hyperplasia of the breast and breast cancer.

Breast fibroids are a common benign breast tumor, accounting for 75% of the incidence of benign breast tumors, and are more common in young women aged 20 to 25 years old. Its main symptom is breast lumps, which are round or oval in size and often occur in one breast. They feel hard to the touch, have a smooth surface and clear boundaries. Unlike breast hyperplasia and breast cancer, fibroids are painless and are often discovered accidentally when taking a bath or changing clothes. Patients diagnosed with breast disease need early treatment.
