Lower vaginal opening

The position of the vaginal opening of women varies, which is related to their height, genitals, etc. It doesn't matter if the vaginal opening is lower, it is a normal phenomenon. Why does the vagina hurt?

Vaginal pain is a common symptom among female friends, most of which are pathological. Its common causes and manifestations are as follows:

1. Vaginal skin and mucosal tears: Common causes are: a. Vaginal dryness, causing pain in the vaginal opening after sexual intercourse, low sexual desire or insufficient foreplay, insufficient secretion of love juice, or excessive sexual intercourse, causing tearing of the skin and mucosa of the vaginal opening; b. The vaginal opening is tight and painful after sexual intercourse, which is more common in female friends who have just started sexual intercourse. The clinical manifestations of both are stinging pain, and the pain is aggravated by urine staining during urination. It is recommended to have sufficient foreplay or use lubricants. When skin and mucous membrane tears occur, sexual intercourse should be suspended, and topical anti-inflammatory drugs such as Bactroban should be used to prevent infection.

2. Inflammatory pain at the vaginal opening: Vaginitis often causes pain at the vaginal opening, accompanied by vulvar and vaginal itching, increased leucorrhea, leucorrhea odor, and possibly tofu-like discharge. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a routine examination of leucorrhea, identify the type of vaginitis, and prescribe targeted medication.

3. Pain around the vaginal opening is mistaken for pain in the vaginal opening: The common cause is urethritis. Because the urethra is located around the vaginal opening, urethritis is different from pain in the vaginal opening in that urethritis often presents with frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating, while pain in the vaginal opening does not present with symptoms of frequent urination or urgency.

4. Unexplained pain at the vaginal opening: The most common one is perineal pain syndrome, which refers to a group of syndromes with severe pain in the vaginal opening, clitoris root, labia, urethral opening and surrounding tissues without organic lesions and unknown causes. There is currently no particularly effective treatment plan, and treatment is generally symptomatic.
