What are the characteristics of pregnancy in the first few days?

During pregnancy, symptoms such as breast tenderness, loosening, increased leucorrhea, fever, fatigue, poor appetite, constipation, nausea and retching, and amenorrhea may occur one after another. You can choose different testing methods one week after having sex. During the 1~2 weeks of pregnancy: breasts become swollen and loose, vaginal discharge increases, body temperature rises, drowsiness, poor appetite, and constipation. After 1 to 2 weeks of pregnancy, the breast ducts grow and enlarge due to the metabolism of estrogen and progesterone. In addition, estrogen can promote the secretion of mucus in the glandular ducts of the cervix and uterine wall, and the secretion is more, and the secretion also increases accordingly.

Progesterone levels can also cause multiple system dysfunction, it can increase basal body temperature, lack of energy, affect the digestive tract, and may cause loss of appetite or constipation.

5 weeks of pregnancy: nausea and retching.

Most pregnant women will begin to experience morning sickness in the 5th week, which is related to the increase in hCG gonadotropin (HCG) content in the body during pregnancy, making them prone to nausea and vomiting.

The menstrual period ends.

If you have sex around the ovulation period and do not use any contraceptive methods, and your menstruation stops for more than 10 days, you may be pregnant. The above symptoms will naturally disappear after 12 weeks of pregnancy as the body's HCG levels decrease.

Early pregnancy test methods and opportunities:

1. Check with early pregnancy test paper.

Early pregnancy test strips diagnose pregnancy by measuring HCG in urine. HCG begins to be secreted about 6 days after fertilization and reaches its peak at 60-70 days. Therefore, you can use the early pregnancy test strip to check whether you are pregnant one week after sexual intercourse. Testing again two weeks will be more accurate. The first urine in the morning has the largest HCG component, so the test is most reliable at this time. Two red bars on the test paper means that you are already pregnant, and one line is negative, which means that you are unlikely to be pregnant. If one dark line and one light line appear, the pregnancy may not last long, but it cannot completely confirm that you are pregnant.

2.Basic body temperature test.

Generally, a girl's body temperature is below 36.5 degrees before ovulation and rises by 0.3 to 0.5 degrees after ovulation. If the baby is not fertilized, the body temperature is normal. If the baby is pregnant, the body temperature is maintained at a high quality. Measuring body temperature can be said to be the earliest method of early pregnancy test, but it must be measured before pregnancy. If the temperature remains high for 18 consecutive days, there is a high chance that you are pregnant.

3.B-ultrasound examination.

B-ultrasound detection of early pregnancy is usually in the 5th week of pregnancy, that is, one week after the menstruation is delayed, you can go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound examination. If you see a pregnancy ring under the B-ultrasound, it means you are pregnant.

4. Blood HCG test for pregnancy

Generally, you should go to the hospital for a blood test about a week after having sex to measure the composition of blood HCG. This test method is very accurate.
