Prickly heat on genitals

The genitals are the private parts of women. This part is very important to the female body. When there is a problem with the genitals, it will also affect the life of women. Many people are prone to various genital problems due to improper genital care. Men and women may also develop prickly heat on their genitals. In such cases, women must pay attention and take timely treatment measures, especially be careful about the disease worsening.

1. This situation should be vulvitis, which can be treated with corticosteroid ointment or diphenhydramine ointment, and avoid using soap. It is currently recommended to use red core wash for cleaning. Before using the medicine, wash the vulva with water, dry it, and then rinse the vulva and vagina with diluted medicine. It is usually recommended to use sanitary care liquid to clean the genitals, which is effective. Patients should also pay attention to their own hygiene, use warm water to wash the vulva, stay away from overly irritating things, the vulva should not be too hot, and ventilation should be ensured. They should also choose underwear made of pure cotton. The patient's diet should also be arranged reasonably, and they should eat more light foods.

2. Currently, it is considered that pseudo-condyloma acuminatum is caused by poor vulvar hygiene or wearing non-breathable underwear, which leads to irritation from excessive leucorrhea. It is recommended to wear loose and breathable cotton underwear that is not too tight. You can take a sitz bath with potassium permanganate water and then disinfect it with iodine. If there is a lot of leucorrhea, you can go to the hospital for a check-up. The leucorrhea can be routinely checked to see what kind of vaginitis it is and use appropriate medication for treatment.

3. If you have pimples on your vulva, it is most likely caused by unhygienic sexual life or viral infection. It is recommended that you eat a light diet, avoid spicy food, and eat a low-fat diet. Do not squeeze it, otherwise it will easily lead to the spread of infection. Take a bath frequently to prevent recurrence. Pay attention to local cleanliness and hygiene, do not use sanitary pads, which are not breathable and are more prone to infection. Underwear must be breathable and preferably made of pure cotton. It is also best to sleep naked at night for greater breathability. Try not to wear jeans. Apply erythromycin ointment topically for treatment when necessary.
