First of all, you must ensure that you do not catch a cold after delivery, but this does not mean that you should wear more clothes and cover more. The amount of sweat after delivery is relatively large, so in terms of clothing, the underwear should be made of cotton products with strong water absorption, and the outer clothes should be soft and breathable. 2. During confinement, it is more comfortable to keep the indoor temperature at around 26~28℃.
