Endometrial adhesions refer to a pathological phenomenon in which partial or complete adhesions form after the endometrium of the uterine cavity is damaged. Many women are troubled by the problem of how to treat endometrial adhesions. Well, in most cases, endometrial adhesions occur more often after artificial abortion or spontaneous abortion with curettage. Once the symptoms of endometrial adhesions are found, they should be treated in time, otherwise it will affect the female's fertility.

1. Cervical pain and tenderness in the uterus: This symptom of uterine adhesion is mostly caused by women not grasping the best time for abortion. It is a complication after abortion. Endometrial tuberculosis, severe uterine cavity infection, myomectomy or cesarean section can damage the endometrium and cause uterine adhesion.

2. Menstrual irregularities: Some women will experience scanty menstruation or periodic abdominal pain after artificial abortion or cervical electrocautery. The more menstrual blood there is, the more obvious the abdominal pain will be. During gynecological examinations, symptoms of uterine adhesions such as tenderness and rebound pain will appear.

3. Cyclic abdominal pain: What are the symptoms of uterine adhesion? This is a common symptom of patients, which often occurs in women after abortion or curettage. In addition, obvious abdominal pain is a common symptom of women suffering from uterine adhesion.

4. Tenderness in the lower abdomen: In severe cases, rebound pain may occur, and the patient may even refuse to be pressed. This is a major symptom of uterine adhesions. Usually, a gynecological examination shows that the patient's uterus is normal in size or slightly larger and softer, but with obvious tenderness. During bilateral adnexal examinations, patients with severe uterine adhesions may experience tenderness or thickening, or a palpable mass.
