Normal menstrual periods are regular. The first day of bleeding is the beginning of the menstrual cycle, and the time interval between the first days of two menstrual periods is called a menstrual cycle. It is generally 21-35 days, with an average of 28 days. The duration of each menstrual period is called the physiological period, which is generally 2-8 days, with an average of 3-5 days. If your menstrual cycle is normal but you suddenly stop having your period, it may be an unexpected pregnancy. Generally, there are no special symptoms during menstruation, but due to pelvic congestion and the effect of prostacyclin during menstruation, some women experience a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen and lumbar region or a feeling of uterine contractions. A very small number of patients may have headaches and mild nervous system instability symptoms, as well as breast pain.

Before breastfeeding, the breasts will be highly swollen and there will be obvious breast pain, so there is no need to worry. If the mother has a lot of milk, sometimes breast pain will occur during breastfeeding accompanied by milk ejection reflex, so don't worry too much.

If your menstrual period is relatively regular and you have sex without using any contraceptive methods, it is recommended that you use an early pregnancy test or go to the hospital for a blood test to check for hcg to determine whether you are pregnant.

It may be suspected to be lobular hyperplasia of the breast. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a full breast physical examination first. If necessary, a molybdenum target X-ray examination and color ultrasound examination can be performed to confirm the diagnosis and eliminate the possibility of hyperplasia. If it is lobular hyperplasia of the breast, it should be treated early.
