The pain is gone after regular contractions

Some people will experience regular contractions in their daily lives, but after the contractions disappear, there will not be any major symptoms again. However, people will feel particularly uncomfortable every time they have a contraction, and this pain may cause unbearable consequences. Therefore, more attention should be paid to it. After all, this may also cause blood stasis in the body, or diseases such as tumors.

Rebound pain: Press down slowly on the abdomen with your fingers. When tenderness appears (or there may be no tenderness), keep your fingers there for a moment, then quickly remove them. You may feel the original abdominal pain aggravate or severe pain. It is a sign of inflammation involving the peritoneal wall. It is more common when lesions of intra-abdominal organs involve the adjacent peritoneum, and is also seen in primary peritonitis.

1. The tenderness caused by abdominal wall lesions is obvious when grasping and pinching the abdominal wall or lying on your back with your neck bent and shoulders raised .

2. Tenderness caused by intra-abdominal lesions may be caused by organ inflammation, congestion, tumors, rupture, torsion, and peritoneal irritation .

3. Common tender points in the abdomen:

① Tenderness at the gallbladder point at the junction of the outer edge of the right rectus abdominis and the costal margin indicates gallbladder disease.

②Tenderness at McBurney's point at the junction of the middle and outer 1/3 of the line connecting the umbilicus and the right anterior superior spine of the palm suggests appendicitis.

②The costal point (pronephric point) is located at the front end of the 10th rib, which is the location of the renal pelvis.

④ The upper ureter point is on the outer edge of the rectus abdominis muscle at the level of the umbilicus.

⑤ The mid-ureter point is on the outer edge of the rectus abdominis muscle on the horizontal line of the anterior superior spine, which is equivalent to the second narrow part of the ureter.

⑧The costovertebral point is located at the apex of the angle between the 12th rib and the transverse process of the vertebra, also known as the costovertebral angle, which is the location of the kidneys.

⑦ Rib waist point. When palpating, place the tips of your right index and middle fingers on the abdominal wall and gradually press deeper.

If symptoms occur, seek medical help promptly and receive effective treatment based on the cause. Before the cause of the disease is diagnosed, drugs such as morphine, pethidine, and atropine are prohibited to avoid delaying the diagnosis. Laxatives or enemas are contraindicated in patients with suspected intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, or appendicitis. Pain relief can be achieved with general sedatives, vitamin K3 or acupuncture.

Pain points include random acupuncture points, sensitive points, etc. All methods that do not have a fixed location and name and treat the local pain or tenderness point are collectively called pain point targeted therapy or treatment of pain point. The main treatment disease is pain. Its effect is mainly based on local treatment. From ancient times to the present, Ashi points have been widely used. The main mechanism of its analgesic effect is to clear the stagnation of pain points and regulate qi and blood. When the meridians are unobstructed, there will be no pain.
