No orgasm after having vaginal inflammation?

Vaginal candidiasis is a fungal infection. Its main symptoms are itching of the vulva and excessive secretions, which are like tofu dregs. It is recommended that you use nitrofuratel nystatin tablets and clean the vulva with Honghe Fujieshu. Vaginitis has nothing to do with sexual pleasure.

How to cure female vaginal candidal infection?

1. Eliminate the cause

If you have diabetes, you should be treated actively and stop using broad-spectrum antibiotics, estrogen and corticosteroids promptly. Change your underwear frequently, and wash used underwear, basins and towels with boiling water.

2. Treatment of simple VVC

It can be used locally or systemically, mainly with local short-course antifungal drugs. The efficacy of systemic medication is similar to that of local medication, with a cure rate of 80%-90%; azole drugs are more effective than nystatin.

① Local medication: The following drugs can be placed in the vagina: miconazole suppository, 1 pill (200 mg) every night for 7 consecutive days, or 1 pill (400 mg) every night for 3 consecutive days, or 1 pill (1200 mg) once. Clotrimazole suppository: 1 tablet (150 mg) inserted deep into the vagina every night for 7 consecutive days; or 1 tablet (150 mg) each morning and evening for 3 consecutive days; or 1 tablet (500 mg) as a single dose. Nystatin suppository, 1 capsule (100,000 U) every night for 10-14 days.

② Systemic medication: Oral medication can be used for those who cannot tolerate local medication, unmarried women, and those who do not want to use local medication. Commonly used drugs: Fluconazole 150mg, taken all at once.

3. Treatment of complicated VVC

① Severe VVC: Whether using local or oral medications, the treatment time should be extended. If it is for local use, extend it to 7-14 days. If fluconazole 150 mg is taken orally, take an additional dose after 72 hours. For patients with severe symptoms, low-concentration glucocorticoid ointment or azole cream can be applied topically.

② Treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis: More than 4 episodes of VVC with symptoms and confirmed by mycology within a year are considered recurrent, with an incidence of approximately 5%. The mechanism of recurrence is unclear in most patients. Antifungal treatment is divided into initial treatment and consolidation treatment. If the initial treatment is local treatment, the treatment time is extended to 7-14 days; if fluconazole 150 mg is taken orally, an additional dose is given on the 4th and 7th days. Consolidation treatment plan: Oral administration of fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 6 consecutive months; or topical medication consolidation treatment can be given before the monthly recurrence according to the recurrence pattern.

Fungal culture should be performed before treatment to confirm the diagnosis. During treatment, regular check-ups should be conducted to monitor the efficacy and side effects of the drug. If any side effects are found, the drug should be stopped immediately.

4. Be sure to "treat" daily necessities simultaneously

The patient's towels and underwear may also be contaminated with pathogens, and if they are not treated simultaneously, the treatment results will be wasted. Therefore, towels and underwear should be thoroughly disinfected: boil them for 15 minutes and dry them in the sun. They should also be kept in a ventilated and dry place at other times.
