Seven months pregnant, occasional blood in vaginal discharge

When a woman becomes pregnant, her menstruation stops and her abdomen grows larger until the baby is born. However, some women said that it is normal to have occasional blood in the leucorrhea during the seventh month of pregnancy. Seven months is already the middle to late stage of pregnancy, so the fetus is already very stable at this time. If there is blood in the leucorrhea, it should be taken seriously. If it is in the early stage of pregnancy, it may happen, but if it occurs in the later stage, it will be more or less a problem.

The early stages of a woman's pregnancy are the period when she needs the most protection. During this period, women need to pay more attention to their own care and avoid excessive activities. They should also pay attention to the physical condition of their private parts. Once blood is found in the leucorrhea, they must go to the hospital for examination in time. If there is blood in the leucorrhea, it may be caused by physiological factors or pathological factors.

Some women will have bloody leucorrhea in the early stages of pregnancy. If this happens, pregnant women should pay attention. Although this situation may be caused by implantation factors, it may also be caused by some pathological reasons. Therefore, after the phenomenon of bloody leucorrhea appears, it is best for women to go to the hospital for examination. There are mainly two phenomena that cause bloody leucorrhea in pregnant women.

1. Physiological reasons

There is a certain relationship between the bloody leucorrhea in the early pregnancy and the bleeding caused by the fertilized egg. This is because, during this period, the ovarian function will continue to be active, and when the female fertilized egg implants, the placenta does not have enough progesterone and estrogen, and the surface of the uterus and the fertilized egg have not yet completely fused, and there may even be a cavity phenomenon. Therefore, the endometrium will still fall off, which will cause bleeding. Generally speaking, the amount of bleeding caused by this situation is relatively small, which is manifested by the presence of blood streaks and blood spots in the leucorrhea of pregnant women.

2. Pathological causes

Some women have various factors before pregnancy, such as frequent miscarriages before pregnancy, or suffering from some sexually transmitted diseases, etc. These factors will lead to lesions in the cervix. Some women even become pregnant while suffering from uterine fibroids. Such women will cause cervical diseases after pregnancy, and the increase of progesterone and estrogen will cause the uterine fibroids to grow. This situation will also cause bloody leucorrhea and even cause miscarriage. If such a situation occurs, timely treatment is required.

The presence of blood in the leucorrhea of pregnant women may be a normal phenomenon caused by the implantation of the fertilized egg, but it may also be caused by some cervical or uterine or infectious diseases. Therefore, when such a situation occurs, it is best for women to go to the hospital for examination to determine the cause of their leucorrhea with blood and receive timely treatment. At the same time, women should also do a good job of their own care to help the healthy development of the fetus.
