Pain in the right breast bone?

Pain in the right breast bone?

There are many reasons for bone pain on the right side of the breast, such as breast hyperplasia, or other breast diseases, or pain caused by muscle strain. If you want to confirm the cause of the pain, it is best to go to the hospital for relevant examinations as soon as possible, and everyone must pay attention to it. Breast diseases must be treated as early as possible, otherwise there is a risk of cancer.

Breast diseases are common diseases that affect women's health. Some diseases may only cause a little inconvenience to women's lives, but some diseases may seriously affect women's health and even threaten their lives.

What are the common breast diseases?

1. Polymastia and inverted nipple: Polymastia, also known as accessory breast, is a relatively common disease. This disease often occurs outside the normal breast, most commonly near the armpit or in the armpit. The accessory breast often changes with pregnancy, menstruation, etc., and symptoms of swelling, pain, and tenderness may occur. In addition, accessory breast cancer may also occur, and in severe cases surgical removal is required. Inverted nipple is generally a congenital deformity. Severe cases can be corrected through surgery and generally do not require treatment.

2. Fibrocystic fibrosis: Fibrocystic fibrosis is a benign disease, which can generally be divided into three types:

1. Mastodynia: also known as breast tissue hyperplasia, the main symptom is periodic breast pain, which often occurs in women aged 20-40 years old. The pain may be related to the menstrual cycle. Mastodynia usually eases after marriage and pregnancy, and the disease will not turn into cancer.

2. Breast adenosis: It often occurs in young and middle-aged women. The clinical manifestation is a localized lump in one side of the patient's breast, accompanied by pain. Bilateral disease may also occur. The pain is related to the menstrual cycle. In the early stages of breast adenosis, breast lobule hyperplasia will occur, which will not have serious effects. However, in the middle and late stages of breast adenosis, cancer may occur, so patients need to be cautious.

3. Cystic breast hyperplasia: It often occurs in middle-aged women. The clinical manifestations are lumps in the breast, which may be a single large lump or multiple cystic nodules in the breast. Some patients also have pain and tenderness, but it is not too obvious. Patients with male breast hyperplasia have a relatively high risk of cancer, so patients should be vigilant and seek timely diagnosis and treatment.

3. Milk cyst: It often occurs in young women during the lactation period or after stopping breastfeeding. The clinical manifestations are lumps in the breast and mild swelling and pain. If accompanied by infection, acute inflammation may occur, and severe cases may require surgical treatment.

4. Breast fibroadenoma: often occurs in young women and may be related to estrogen. The clinical manifestations are single or multiple lumps in the breast, and severe cases require surgical treatment.

5. Breast cancer: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women, and the current incidence rate is gradually increasing. Patients are mostly women aged 35-55. The clinical manifestations are a single small painless lump in the breast. There may also be no symptoms and it is only discovered during a gynecological examination. Breast cancer lacks conscious symptoms in the early stages, so the disease has usually progressed to a certain extent when it is discovered, seriously affecting the patient's health. Some patients are aware of the symptoms of breast cancer, but because they are similar to the symptoms of other breast diseases, they are just self-perceptions and it is difficult to tell whether it is breast cancer, which delays the best time for treatment.

If breast diseases are not treated in time, it will not only affect women's appearance, but may even put the patient's life in danger. Therefore, if you find any symptoms of breast discomfort, you must go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time to better protect women's health.
