What are the symptoms of inability to get pregnant?

Pregnancy is a woman’s right, but the increasing number of infertility cases has made many female friends very worried. As for pregnancy, it is easy to judge whether you can get pregnant if you are married. But for single women, it is impossible to go to the hospital for an infertility test for no reason. Fortunately, some signs can help us make a judgment. So, what are the symptoms of inability to get pregnant? Let’s take a closer look below.

1. Dysmenorrhea

Abdominal pain during menstruation may occur when diseases such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, uterine dysplasia, and abnormal uterine position exist.

2. Abdominal pain

Chronic lower abdominal pain, bilateral abdominal pain, or lumbosacral pain often occurs when there is pelvic inflammatory disease, myometritis, oophoritis, endometriosis, uterus, ovaries, or tumors.

3. Amenorrhea

Women who are over 18 years old and have not had menstruation yet; women who have not had menstruation for more than 6 months after having menstruated. A large number of cases of infertility are caused by amenorrhea. The latter can be divided into uterine, ovarian, pituitary and hypothalamic according to the location of the lesion.

4. Abnormal leucorrhea

When vaginitis, cervicitis (cervical erosion), endometritis, adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and various sexually transmitted diseases are present, there will be increased vaginal discharge, yellow color, odor, tofu dregs or watery appearance, or accompanied by vulvar itching and pain, etc., and these diseases can affect conception to varying degrees.

5. Milk leakage

Milk leakage from the breasts spontaneously or after squeezing during the non-lactating period is often an indication of hypothalamic insufficiency, pituitary tumors, prolactinomas, primary hypothyroidism, chronic renal failure, etc. It can also be caused by antihypertensive drugs such as birth control pills and reserpines. Galactorrhea is often combined with amenorrhea, leading to infertility.

6. Menstrual disorders

Changes in the menstrual cycle, early or delayed menstruation; changes in menstrual volume, too much or too little menstrual volume; prolonged menstruation are common in luteal insufficiency and endometrial inflammation.

7. Symptoms before and after menstruation

A small number of women experience a series of symptoms before and after menstruation, including premenstrual breast swelling, menstrual headaches, menstrual diarrhea, menstrual edema, menstrual fever, menstrual oral erosions, premenstrual facial acne, menstrual urticaria, menstrual depression or irritability. These symptoms are often caused by endocrine disorders and imperfect luteal function, which can often lead to infertility. If female friends experience the above symptoms, they must pay enough attention and go to the hospital as soon as possible to check what is wrong. This way, they can receive timely treatment and avoid causing more serious harm to the body.
