Married for two years without getting pregnant

Contemporary young people pay less and less attention to good living habits, which has led to a significant decline in the national physique. Many young people of childbearing age often find it difficult to conceive because of their poor physical fitness. Many couples are very distressed. They have made many preparations, but still cannot conceive. In fact, although pregnancy is related to physical fitness, correct knowledge of conception and a good time for conception are also very important.

Experts explain that among infertile women, a large proportion of them do not have real fertility problems, but they just do not grasp the opportunity to conceive.

The so-called opportunity for conception is actually the ovulation period of women. Choosing the ovulation period to arrange sexual intercourse between husband and wife is often "hit the mark" and extremely effective. However, if the couple misses the ovulation period, it will be ineffective even if the husband's sperm is very strong.

So, how to improve the chances of conception?

Generally speaking, a woman's ovulation period is between two menstrual periods, roughly about 14 days before the next menstrual period. This is just an approximate time, not an exact time. However, many people experience short-term pain during ovulation, which we call intermenstrual pain.

The so-called intermenstrual pain is actually a self-feeling. Sensitive women all have such an experience, that is, there is always such a day in each month (roughly between two menstrual periods), and there is a dull pain on one side of the waist for 1-2 minutes. Some people experience soreness, while others feel soreness and swelling. After 1-2 minutes, the feeling disappears. Some people may last for half an hour or even two or three hours. This phenomenon occurs basically every month, usually alternating between the left and right sides of the waist.

This is because when the follicle is discharged from the ovary, there will be a small amount of bleeding during the escape process of the egg, and this process lasts for about 2 minutes. In general, the left and right ovaries of women ovulate alternately once a month. Therefore, this intermenstrual pain occurs alternately on the left and right sides of the waist once a month. Knowing this rule, if women arrange to have sex on this night, their chances of getting pregnant will be greatly improved.

Nowadays, more and more couples are troubled by their inability to conceive and have children. It may be that the food and environment in today's society are not as good as before, so they affect the human body. However, pregnancy is a systematic project that is related to many factors among the man, the woman, and the relationship between the two. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital's professional department for systematic testing and treatment.

Don't worry too much, relax, have a balanced diet, exercise appropriately, find the ovulation period, and believe that pregnancy will come soon.
